December 1, 2023: Friday Op-Ed - Nation State Actors, lets talk about them!

Welcome to the Friday Op-Ed.  Today I use the recent JAXA breach and intrusions into municipal water systems in the US to bring to the forefront the threat that is nation-state actors, and why you need to include them in your cybersecurity strategy.
